Restaurant Week Is Back In NYC

NYC’s first restaurant week of 2018 is taking place this month! There are several restaurants around the Upper West Side and all of NYC our Sagamore residents can find specials and great deals at. Here are just some of the many eateries you can visit starting January 22nd.

 

‘Cesca: This Italian spot on 75th street with be serving a fixed price dinner special every night except Saturday. The menu will host a variety of their standard menu options including the Five Onion Soup, Braised Capon & Pork Belly and Atlantic Cod. You will also get your choice of Pineapple Upside Down Cake or Cappuccino Panna Cotta to top off your meal with!

Calle Ocho: Less than a ten-minute walk downtown, Calle Ocho on the Upper West Side serves authentic Latin cuisine to NYC. For this year’s restaurant week, they will serve a fixed price dinner special for under $50. Start with the Cream de Langosta made of Latin lobster bisque, rocoto, spinach brandy and lobster seaweed salad. Main course options include the Sapon de Costillas which is their braised short rib stew with mushroom oysters and winter truffle butter. Bar Boulud: Take the subway a few blocks downtown for some fabulous French food this restaurant week! Bar Boulud will server both lunch and dinner specials this year each day excluding Saturdays. Lunch options include the Mushroom Veloute made of rosemary creme fraiche, brioche croutons or try the Winter Kale Salad. If you are looking to make dinner reservations, you can taste the Moules Provençal, steamed maine moosabec mussels saffron tomato sauce, basil, crouton, aïoli or Duo De Veau, roasted veal, crispy sweet breads onion marmalade, peas fingerling potatoes.
