The Upper West Side has some new residents, and we don’t mean just here at The Sagamore. Take a trip over to one of the several eateries and new businesses that have opened in recent weeks in the neighborhood. Here are just a few that our residents can check out this month.
Make My Cake: This new dessert spot is opening its second location here in NYC. With the first uptown in Harlem, the owners know what they are doing when it comes to whipping up the finest cakes and tasty treats. Their Harlem location is famous for their cheesecakes and yellow dessert cakes but they also serve pies, croissants and other tasty dessert treats.
Lily’s: A new wine and cocktail spot has opened on 72nd and Columbus. Since their grand opening they have been offering great happy hour specials including $6 beers, $7 well drinks and 20% glasses of wine. Their main menu features a list of different draft beers of a wide variety including IPA’s, Pale Ales and Lagers. The brick walls and dim lighting make it a great date spot or relaxing place to stop with friends for a drink after work.
Joe Coffee: A new coffee spot is open it’s doors or rather a new old spot. Joe’s Coffee has several locations around NYC and will now be opening one on 72nd and Amsterdam. Perfect timing for the spring and summer months, this location will be the first for the establishment to serve their new nitro cold brew to customers.
